Stir Crazy

M. Edium was more or less confined indoors for the weekend. He caught a cold last Thursday, and instead of going outside, he spent the weekend coloring, working on his letters, reading stories, watching movies, and helping me play the Wall-E video game on the Wii.

After a few days he was much more himself, and hung out with us outside while we cleaned the garage. During the course of this project, we moved the stroller from the garage to the driveway and back to the garage. My goodness, you have never seen such excitement about the possibility of a walk displayed by a creature with two legs.

By the time he'd had his bath and my wife was ready to take him for that walk, he was so wound up I thought his head was going to spin clean off.

Winter, when it comes, is going to be a long one.
