Father's Day Gift Ideas: Shake n Shine Flashlight

flashlight.jpg

What's one of the most annoying things about when the power goes out in your house? Well, one--that the power is out and two--when you reach for the flashlight, turn it on, only to find it flicker off since you are so bad about changing batteries. Naturally, you don't have light to look for more batteries, so you have to either find a candle or light a lantern (if you live in the 1800s, that is).

Well, the Shake n Shine Flashlight basically changes the entire landscape of frustrated Dads that have flashlights that have batteries in them from the Roosevelt administration. This does not require batteries, and simply involves shaking up the flashlight which basically allows it to be illuminated. It's not some little thing either--it's almost a foot long so you can get a very good light source going!

And it's cheap--I saw it online for less than 10 bucks! How can you go wrong here?
