Dyna-Flex a great gift and great workout tool

So, I am going to segue from fitness equipment to Father's Day gifts (YEY! It's Christmas for Dad!) with an item that actually can double as both. Dyna-Flex is a reasonably priced (30 bucks) workout "tool" that is designed to build hand and arm strength through its very odd yet effective way of doing things. The simplicity is what kills me in this but the results are evidently great because it is very popular!

You simply pull on the starter cord or get it going on a smooth surface in a circular motion and vrroroooooooommm--suddenly you are basically involuntarily working out as it goes up to 10,000 RPM and you basically just "let it do its thing".

I have a friend who owns one of these and he said it is really something to behold, but that he as a "weekend warrior" overused it pretty quickly and was very sore the next day (he said it is the first time he's been sore from doing nothing at all in theory), so perhaps I will be asking for this from my boys, but you know, with me already being as strong as the Incredible Hulk, I don't reaaaaaaaaaallly need it (YEAH RIGHT!)
